M3 Placement and Partnership, Utica-based executive search firm, is proud to welcome Brandon Lovett to its team as Senior Account Executive.
With more than 15 years of local administrative experience, Lovett is a well-established leader with relationships throughout the Region. Most recently, Lovett served as Director of Administrative Services with the City of Rome, NY where he oversaw Human Resources and Operations.

Brandon will specialize in business development and recruiting for direct placement, temporary and contract employment opportunities. In this fast-moving part of the business, Brandon’s leadership skills and commitment to building strong partnerships will be an asset to M3 clients. Brandon’s experience in human resources, municipal operations and other industries broadens his understanding of business and staffing needs and will offer significant value in his new role.
M3 Placement & Partnership provides recruiting, onboarding coaching and staffing solutions on a local and national level. The M3 team utilizes a strategic, client-centered approach, working closely with them to identify business goals and forge strong partnerships.
Brandon holds a B.A. from the State University of New York College at Potsdam. Brandon and his wife Lisa, reside in Rome, and both are eager to continue participating in community events and organizations.
