Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: New Hartford, NY
Our client, located in New Hartford is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential members and retain current members. The Marketing Manager must be a great business leader as well as a great marketing leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the executive team to determine budgets and targets, and will be charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services.
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Expand product solutions and offerings.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Prepare and adhere to budgets.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Engage consumers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
Engage other organizations within the community.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
Qualified chartered marketer
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Budget management skills and proficiency.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Must be knowledgeable in strategic brand and campaign development & implementation.
Must be organized and can handle multiple campaigns at one time.
Must understand and know how to implement internet marketing & social media campaigns.
Must be self-led
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and can-do work and delegate work to team members for a successful campaign.
Must have strong copywriting and editing skills.
Must be able to understand and navigate customer portal.
Experience with a Client Service Management software a plus but not mandatory.
Graphic Design experience is a plus.
Experience with email marketing is a plus.
