Inside Sales Representative

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Utica, NY


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling platform, prospecting leads, qualifying, closing sales, and growing our membership base to support their sales strategy. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to generate new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research, turn leads into prospects and prospects into members, with a focus on estate planning and elder law attorneys and/or law firms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop new business via telephone, mass communication such as email and social media to introduce an extensive suite of products and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using Infusionsoft.

Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business.

Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly sales quotas.

Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

General duties as requested of a member of the sales team

Education & Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

Associates degree required (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)

Attorney and/or law firm experience preferred

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

Quota driven performer with 2+ years of inside sales experience

Must have a solid sales background, preferably, in the B2B, software and/or legal industry.

Must be a self-starter, aggressive, competitive, proactive, motivated, organized and responsible with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills

Ability to quickly learn detailed information about products & processes and clearly and effectively articulate the company value.

Must have professional and confident phone and email skill.

Ability to handle multiple priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills.

Detail oriented team player with a passion for customer satisfaction and engagement.

MS Office and web proficiency

Travel required as necessary
