Funding Coordinator

Position: Funding Coordinator

Location: New Hartford, NY


Our client, located in New Hartford is seeking a Funding Coordinator to work in a law firm setting compiling information for client Trust plans, addressing attorney and client needs. Must be able to multi-task and proficient with data entry into contact management system.

Main responsibilities:

Gather and enter client data into a central client management system

Compile client information onto forms

Provide information to financial institutions and other professional organizations

Work with Attorney’s and staff to ensure client’s trusts are funded properly

Meet with Clients as needed to handle any Funding related matters


Computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office programs and cloud based Client Management systems

Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Time management

Ability to organize information

Must be able to work in a team setting

Required education:


Required experience:

Office Assistant or related: 1 year

Banking or Financial background very helpful
