About Us

Philosophy

At M3 Placement & Partnership, we believe in the power of people.

We understand that the success of an organization is defined by the caliber of its talent. The right people can unlock potential and

  • Bring passion that inspires cohesive teams
  • Turn problems into progress
  • Drive potential opportunities to resounding success
  • Propel initiatives forward to surpass expectations
  • Differentiate themselves from their competitors
  • Build a culture of creativity and innovation

This philosophy is the foundation of all we do. And it is just the beginning. We go above and beyond to bring the right people together.

M3 creates meaningful human connections that feel right from the outset and are fortified at every turn thereafter. We see our purpose as striking synergies between our clients and new talent. Fully appreciating the trust our clients place in us to guide them to the best solution, we take this responsibility very seriously. In short, our clients’ missions become our missions.

Core Values

Firmly believing that every action is a reflection of who we are and who we strive to be, we pledge an unwavering commitment to our core values:

Our greatest success is to see our clients thrive
M3’s primary goal is meeting the needs of our clients, thus enabling them to focus on their priority – the health and growth of their own organization. We take pride in the fact that many of our clients came to us through referral and have grown into long-term relationships.

Success is best achieved through informed analysis and decision making
We believe that to best serve our clients, we must fundamentally understand their organization at a meaningful level – their mission, culture, differentiators, needs, and goals. Taking the time to ask the right questions and finding the answers is paramount to creating powerful, long-term solutions.

Our clients deserve impeccable service
We aim to consistently exceed expectations by doing a little more, a little better, each and every day. We believe a proactive approach driven by honesty, diligence and follow-through makes all the difference.

Relationships are at the core of what we do
The impact of trustworthy, meaningful professional relationships cannot be overstated. This approach results in seamless communication and makes doing business with us simple and enjoyable.

Methodology

Our core values drive our proven methodology

Informed immersion
We commit the time and resources to understand our clients’ mission, culture, differentiators, needs, and short- and long-term goals.

Needs analysis
In our experience, perceived challenges are very often untapped opportunities. By identifying unmet needs, we help transform potential limitations into possibility and prospect.

Candidate or Partner Identification
The key to success is finding the optimal fit for all involved. Through a clear understanding of our clients’ needs, combined with our powerful network, we create matches to transform projects and positions.

Match Making
The introduction is just the beginning. Facilitating the development of meaningful, effective relationships is where we really shine and is the source of a lasting difference for our clients.

Open Dialog & Support
Our clients can expect frequent and forthright communication throughout the on-boarding process, and can rely on our support whenever it is needed.

Decision Facilitation
Entering a relationship with a new hire or consultant can be complex. We keep the transition as simple and seamless as possible, leaving little room for guess work.
