Mary Malone McCarthy is founder and CEO of M3 Placement & Partnership. As CEO she has led the organization to significant growth through her focus on building strong partnerships and a passion for exceptional service. Prior to founding M3, Mary Malone spent over 15 years as Senior Vice President at Northland Communications, responsible for the oversight of Public Relations, Marketing and Customer Relations for the firm. She is a believer in building long standing relationships and is a true networker at heart. Growing up in a family business, Mary Malone lives by a philosophy of delivering “a little more, a little better” each and every day.
Mary Malone is committed to donating her time to a variety of community organizations. Currently she serves as a Director for Mohawk Valley EDGE, a not for profit organization dedicated to strengthening and growing the economy of the Mohawk Valley. Mary Malone also serves on the Faxton St. Luke’s Foundation board and View Art Center in the Adirondacks. Mary Malone previously served on several other boards, including the United Way, chairing the campaign in 2007, along with the Stanley Center for the Arts, Slocum Dickson Foundation, UICD and Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce. She founded the Women’s Roundtable, which facilitates events for female CEO’s and senior executives, and is a co-founder of Accent on Excellence, which annually honored 10 young leaders who excelled in their professional work while giving back to their communities.
She has received the Women’s Business Council Young Careerist Award, and was honored by the YWCA for the Salute to Outstanding Women.
Mary Malone is a graduate of Wells College and has a passion for mentoring others and watching them unleash their potential whether personally or professionally. When not at work, Mary Malone heads to the Adirondacks for skiing or time on the lake with her family. She resides in Clinton with her husband, Mike, and their three children.

Paige Treen is a Client Relations Specialist at M3 Placement & Partnership. At M3, Paige focuses on helping professionals attain their career goals by understanding their strengths and experiences.
Prior to joining M3, Paige was a Sports Information Aide at the SUNY Oswego athletic department, where she graduated with a degree in Communications & Social Interaction in May 2013.
Paige currently serves as a member of The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce Catalyst Events task force. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious as she loves to find the perfect opportunity for candidates she works with. A native of Central New York, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her two nieces, and beagle, Duke.
